In Slovakia, the last constitutional amendment concerned the issues of national identity and some value foundations of Slovak law. In America, there is a growing movement of Christian nationalism, which seeks to enforce some religious values by law. On the other hand, secularist and progressivist efforts are not ceasing as well (especially in Europe). For a long time, we have been hearing of political polarization. What approach to ideology, religious and secular or other values in law is legitimate (just)?  The section will welcome contributions from the field of legal and political philosophy as well as constitutional theory on this topic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guarantors of the section: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>doc.
