Particular attention is paid to the impacts of digitalisation, automation, the development of artificial intelligence and the platform economy on traditional employment relationships, as well as to the adequacy and sustainability of social protection systems. The aim of the section is to create a platform for expert discussion on the need to modernise labour law regulation, protect individual social rights and seek a balance between labour market flexibility and social security. The section welcomes comparative and interdisciplinary contributions addressing legal, social and economic aspects of the future of work in the V4 region, including the protection of vulnerable groups, new forms of employment and challenges facing social security systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Guarantors of the Section: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>prof.
