Contributions addressing substantive, procedural and family law aspects of civil law are welcome, examined from the perspective of the evolution of legal institutions, legislative interventions, judicial trends and doctrinal approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap has-primary-color has-text-color\">Particular attention is paid to the influence of European law, the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights, as well as ongoing codification and recodification processes within the legal systems of the V4 countries.
