What Kind of International Law Does Society Need in 2026?
Contributions within the framework of public and private international law will focus on existing and new areas of application of international law norms, principles, exceptions, reservations, general principles and types of sources of law that are currently effective and, conversely, that are obsolete or can be perceived as obstacles to the further development of international law. Contributions are also welcome on the need and future of norms of private and public international law, contributions that indicate a vision of this branch of international law in 2026 and beyond, opening questions about the fragmentation of international law in individual parts of the world, the need for its preservation, or, conversely, questions concluding the stagnation and effectiveness of international cooperation.
