Current Trends and Developments in Financial Law
The section focuses on current legislative developments and application-related issues in financial law, particularly in the countries of the V4 region, in the context of ongoing economic, legislative, and social changes. The discussion will primarily address developments in tax legislation, the regulation of financial markets, as well as other areas of financial law. Special attention will be devoted to challenges related to the implementation of European Union law, the harmonisation of legal frameworks, and the search for a balance between the stability of the legal framework and the need for its modernisation and regulation in response to new regulatory and socio-economic challenges.
