Conference fee

  • 123 € (including VAT) – active participation with paper
  • 100 € (including VAT) – passive participation
  • The participation fee includes accommodation, all-day meals, and wellness center services and sports and relaxation services available at the facility.
  • The fee may be paid solely by bank transfer based on an e-invoice which will be issued upon the registration for the conference.
  • In the event that a person does not eventually participate in the conference or fails to submit their paper, they shall have no right to recover the conference fee.
