Rule of Law and Criminal Law
The section on criminal law will focus on the current topic of the rule of law in terms of the application of criminal law institutes in the procedure and decision-making of law enforcement agencies. The section will analyse legislative changes in the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code. These changes will also be addressed in the light of the decision-making of the European Court of Human Rights.
